ABOUT US

The National Meteorological Training School (NMTS) is a specialized government institution founded in 1989 through the East African Community under the Department of Meteorology in the then Ministry of Natural Resources. It is currently mainstreamed under the Ministry of Water and Environment as a division within the now Department of Meteorological Services.
